Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our shop online, add your chosen bouquets or gifts to your basket, then proceed to checkout where we will ask for the details required to complete your order.
We accept debit and credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your card provider will convert the transaction to your local currency.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Clearpay, Klarna, Google Pay and American Express. Orders may also be placed and paid for by telephone.
Orders cancelled online or by phone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Order confirmation confirms receipt only and does not indicate acceptance of a contract. Acceptance occurs once payment has been processed. Prices may be corrected if errors occur, and customers will always be contacted first.
Orders received before 1pm Monday to Saturday are eligible for same day delivery. Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that date. Orders placed for public holidays will be delivered the next working day.
Timed deliveries are not available, except for funeral tributes and weddings.
Please telephone for emergency orders or if specific flowers are required at least 24 hours in advance.
Deliveries are attempted once. If the recipient is not home, flowers may be returned to the florist or left with a neighbour where appropriate. Cherry Blossom Florist cannot accept responsibility for theft or damage once items have been left.
All prices include 20 percent VAT.
Card payments are secured using 256-bit encryption and are never stored in plain text.

Refunds may be offered at management discretion. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, any issues must be reported within one working day of delivery. We will always aim to resolve matters with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
